At Skin Pharm, we want you to love your results and your routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most skincare products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point to start the transit process back to our clinic.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
